    Randy Prange, CEO, began his career as an award winning publication designer and editor in the newspaper industry. Prior to initiating the creation of Insights, Inc., he served as Director of Marketing for Knight-Ridder's Miami Herald.

    He serves as executive consultant to numerous CEO's and company presidents, as an Executive Coach columnist for BlueSuitMom.com and has served on the Board of the American Red Cross (Martin County), Executive Board of Directors for Chamber South, one of the largest chambers of commerce in Florida, on the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce's special task force for producing the Gross County Product Report and as chair of the Quality Council's Case Study committee. He is also on contract with Harley Davidson Motor Company as a Subject Matter Expert instructor for their Harley Owners Group Division.

    Jack O'Hearn, President, has successfully served hundreds businesses and organizations with quality, insightful market research initiatives over the past 30 years. His career beginnings were in professional consumer research prior to serving The Miami Herald as Research Manager for fifteen years. Since joining as partner in Insights, Inc., he has provided the firm's clientele with meaningful and actionable consumer research that forms the basis for much of the key decision-making initiatives.

    He serves by invitation on the special task force of experts created by The Beacon Council (economic development) to monitor current and future economic trends in Miami-Dade County, Florida and is a member of numerous industry associations.
